Kristaps Porzingis breaks silence after ACL injury

It has been just over a week since Knicks star Kristaps Porzingis suffered a season-ending ACL injury after an awkward landing against the Bucks.

The 7-foot-3 forward from Latvia had surgery on Tuesday. Come Wednesday, Porzingis broke his silence and appeared to be in good spirits.

Porzingis shared a photo from the ride home from the hospital along with an encouraging message.

On my way home from the hospital. First of all I want to thank you for all the love and support. Im attacking my rehab right away. I truly believe that with consistent hard work, patience and positive attitude I’ll come back stronger, better and sharper than ever. Much love ❤️🔶🔷🇱🇻
